San-Yang Intertrade Corporation is an importer and distributor of knock-down furniture and plastic housewares in the Philippines. It was established in 1996, still known then as AAA Commercial with only two products, mini closets and small plastic drawers. Then came the plastic boom. Demands for new plastic products reached its peak in the late nineties. The company started to import knock-down furniture in 1999. Starting with the low-end products of cabinets, bookshelves, and wardrobes, eventually the company started to venture into high-end furniture of bedroom, dining set, living room and entertainment sets from Southeast Asian countries and China. The company was restructured and finally San-Yang Intertrade Corporation was born on June 2001.

Through the partnerships it has forged with local retailers and foreign suppliers, the company has gained access to the latest market trends and demands, thereby enhancing its ability to broaden its product line into other ventures. It gives San-Yang a vital advantage in introducing new products to the country with a secured market.
